Return & Refund Policy

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS OUR UTMOST PRIORITY.

At Heavenduft, we strive to deliver premium quality perfumes with utmost care. Please read our updated policy carefully:

General Policy

  • All products once sold are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges if you simply change your mind after purchase.
  • Refunds and replacements are available only in the case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before the shipping ID is generated.
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.

Damaged / Wrong Product Received

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at heavenduft@gmail.com with pictures and unboxing video proof.
  • Once approved, we will arrange a replacement.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.

Exceptions (No Returns/Refunds Accepted For)

  • Opened or used perfumes.
  • Missing or damaged packaging (box, cap, seal, etc.).
  • Products purchased during sales, combo offers, or special promotions (except if damaged/incorrect).
  • Artisanal perfumes, sample products, and travel sprays.
  • International shipments beyond 10 days of delivery.

International Orders

  • Only unopened, unused products reported within 10 days of delivery are eligible for return/exchange (if defective/damaged).
  • Customs duties, import taxes, or additional courier charges must be borne by the customer.

Important Note

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • COD orders are not eligible for return or refund unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.
