I HAVE CHANGED MY MIND AND HENCE WANT TO CANCEL THE ORDER ?

YOU HAVE TO CONFIRM IT BEFORE THE SHIPPING ID IS GENERATED. A FULL REFUND WILL BE INITIATED AS AN HOW CUSTOMER NEED TO BE TRANSFERRED. NO CANCELLATION CHARGE WILL BE APPLICABLE. 

IF INFORM AFTER THE SHIPPING LABEL IS GENERATED THEN THE SHIPPING CHARGE OF BOTH SIDE WILL BE DEDUCTED AND THE BALANCE FULL AMOUNT WILL BE REFUNDED.

IF YOU DON’T LIKE THE PRODUCT?

We have given a right to claim a product refund, we provide 2 day testing period after the product is delivered. even after using it for 2 days, if you are not satisfied you can claim a return  However, both side courier charges will be deducted, and the balance will be refunded.

How will it be returned?

You don’t need to worry. Our courier service partner will pick up the parcel. It would help if you packed it as was received.

We have the right to block the customer from our side after two returns and replacement attempts for the product. Their return and refund policy will not be valid henceforth for any purchases.

When will I receive my money back?

Once we receive the parcel, after analysis, we will refund the amount in 5-7 working days.

Payment done by razor pay mostly takes 5-9 working days after the refund is initiated from our side you do not have to worry you will receive an email on your respected id entered while placing an order from razor pay regarding the same.

There will be a deduction of shipping charges on both sides, and we will refund the balance amount to you.

COD order shipping charges are a minimum of Rs. 125; for a return, it will be plus Rs. 100.

FOR EXAMPLE-

PURCHASE 2 PERFUMES AT 1000 INR WITH FREE SHIPPING AND RETURN 1 PERFUME. YOU WILL RECEIVE A REFUND OF APPROX RS. 275, BOTH SIDE SHIPPING CHARGES OF COD SHIPPING WILL BE DEDUCTED.

Our policy lasts ten days on unopened boxes/unused products. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange if ten days have passed since your purchase.

Sales of samples and travel sprays are final, and we do not accept returns.

The product must be unused and in the same condition as you received it, and it will be eligible for a return. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed. Then the refund will automatically be credited to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have yet to receive a refund, recheck your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company. A refund may take some time to be credited to your account officially.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before posting a refund.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at heavenduft@gmail.com

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Once you receive a refund, there will be a deduction of the return shipping cost.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You have to confirm it before the shipping ID is generated. A full refund will be initiated. As a customer, you will not have to pay any cancellation charge.
If you inform us after the shipping label is generated, then the shipping charge of both side will be deducted, and the balance full amount will be refunded.

WHAT TO DO IF I DON’T LIKE THE PRODUCT?

If any customer doesn’t like the product they have the right to claim a product refund. We provide a 7-day testing period after the product is delivered. Even after using it for 7 days, if you are not satisfied, you can claim a return. However, both side courier charges will be deducted, and the balance will be refunded. 

Note – 

1- If inform after the 7th day of the testing period the refund and return policy will be not valid.

2- J&K return policy not applicable.

Cancellation, return, and refund options are not available for artisanal perfumes. Thank you for your understanding. 

IF SHIPPING DETAILS AND CONTACT DETAIL MENTION IN THE ORDER HAVE ANY ERROR AND PRODUCT GET RETURN ?

In this case the delivery charges of both side will be deducted and the balance will be refund ones the parcel received back at the factory .
